Error message says you are not being permitted to play the disk on the computer, or that the system doesn't recognize the program's application.
Program activity doesn't fill the entire screen or opens in a small box.
click Start-Control Panel-Display Properties-Settings, and move the Screen Resolution slider to 800 by 600 pixels.
click the Apple Icon (in the upper left corner of the screen) -Systems Preferences-Displays-800 x 600.
Computer freezes or graphics freeze with sound continuing.
On Windows machines: simultaneously press the "Ctrl", "Alt", and "Delete" keys. If the Windows Security dialog box opens, click the Task Manager tab. In the Applications panel, click Tobacco World and then click the End Task button. You may have to click End Task more than once. If this doesn't work, you may have to press the reset button on a desktop or the power button on a laptop.
On Macintosh: Press and hold the "Option" and "Command" keys and then press the "ESC" key. This will open the Force Quit Applications Menu. Choose Tobacco World.osx and click Force Quit two times. If this doesn't work, you may have to hold down the power button for 5 seconds. The computer will turn off. Then press the power button again.
Sound doesn't play on the computer.
Headphones don't work.
Colors on Macintosh display are inverted.
Unable to eject CD-ROM program.
On desktop models, push the raised button below or next to the sliding CD/DVD drawer.
On laptop models, push the recessed button that is built into the sliding CD/DVD drawer.
If this doesn't work check to see if there is a small hole near the recessed button. Insert the end of a paperclip into the hole until the sliding drawer opens.
On desktops and laptops, push the "Eject" arrow key on the keyboard.
If the "Eject" key is not present or does not work, press the "F12" key.
Or, restart the computer and hold down the mouse button when you hear the startup sound.

In the unlikely event that you encounter a "Script Error" message, please write down the wording of the message, note which activity you were playing and what was happening in the activity. Then please e-mail this information to our support staff at support@tobaccoworldinfo.com. This information may help us to make a future maintenance update for the program.
